Congratulations, You have been selected to join the Summer
Program for College Students in Saudi Aramco based on the
information you submitted in the application please report to
the nearest employment office between Tuesday 09 , April 2013
and Tuesday 09 , April 2013 and bring the following original
documents with copies

- Recent tran
- Government ID

For inquires please call 038772975 or 038772975 during working
hours excluding weekends

Currently, im a Chemical Engineering student attending a university in the US. How am i suppose to provide an official tran before April 9th, it will take at least a week to request and send the tran.However, I've already attached a tran during the time i applied.
Besides, they did not mention when is the exact time of training, let alone the place of training. I have plans to take Summer 1 semester in my university before going back to saudi, but this all depends on the training period.
If anyone has an idea on the training period, please let me know

I believe the summer training period will be around mid-june until August.
Plus, I've known some people have received another e-mail after that e-mail you've received above mentioning that they should e-mail their required paper to a specific person.

Summer 1 ends June 22nd here. If the training period starts before June 22nd , i will have to skip the summer session. That's why i want to plan it early.

Sounds wonderful. It's awkward they gave you the number of offices in the Al-Shargiyah not Jeddah employment office. However, I'm going to send you a personal message within few minutes the e-mail of the guy that one of my friend's received from Aramco & he'll be collecting her documents. You can e-mail him your documents as well & explain your situation to him
