How come you are graduate and you don't know IPA? because we have been studied it in Phonitics , it is located in first page... introduction.
and I know you from your writing style it is not complicated issue.
I read between lines.
The last sentence I got it from some books you know one try to be smart.
you said "my friend, accents never ever being written" Did you see this" " before and what does quotation stand for? PLZ don't slacking off and start hitting the books

Slacking off= waste time
start hitting the books= study seriously
and yes it is an American accent, of course not an Indian accent.

no no no plz never be frustrated.. about Fontics, I didn't study this course coz I was in the UK .. this particular course was equaled with the program. Lucky me
