you're absultely right but in some cases you have to be honest & little bit serious otherwise he'll consider that no big deal and keep doing the same dam mistakes .. this guy seems very good in speaking, full of energy, enthusiastic ..etceteras.. I can easly guarantee he's going to be much better in a very short time.
