as u see in the pic we have three parts of colon
anatomically the colon formed of 3 region
1- ascending colon
2- transverse colon
3- descending colon
the all 3 parts in pic have " familial adenomatous polyposis " .. So , the organ - colon - has developed carcinogen cells as well
in the pic from up to down
- the first part is ascending colon .. Actually i'm not pathologist but i will explain from my own information
i think these part of colon is not develope the malignant cell yet
- the second part is transverse colon ... Also these part is in benign stage
- the third part is descending colon .. Also these part is in benign stage
in the end , the risk to convert the polyps into malignant is 100% if we don't excision the all colon by surgery immediately . Therefore these tumor is very critical and serious clinical case
if u have any question
tell me i will answer inshallh
