We know that the government but Saher to steal our money cause they cheat and they but it in hidden places so they can trick you.I lived in Texas for six months I did not see this system there WHY ? Because Texas Traffic Laws it's very strict for Example speeding citation it's 160$ for the first 10 miles over the speed limit.Each additional mile is 5$.However, if you have no reason for speeding you'll be jail.Handicap Parking Violation it's 230$.Passing a stopped school bus is 642$.In my opening if we have more lanes and enough space for the cars no body will run the red light for example : I live in Aziziyah and if I wanna go to the Ring Road it takes 45 minute to get there that's for rush hours on the other side off-peak traffic times it take me 5 minute.one more thing here in the intersection Saudies the don't obey the traffic laws and I call it fight of the way who his car is fast he will pass and be happy cause he win the victory so because of that we have many accidents at the intersections on the other hand American know what does yield right of way mean so they give the yield who reach first.also who drive drunk in Texas the but him in prison for five years and here the give him a fine and just a warning then they release him because we don't have good Construction for the roads also we don't have strict laws about traffic violations also many people get their driver license while they sitting in the house.I disagree Strongly about Saher cause it's unsuccessful.Finally we have to build our Construction roads for the future not for now cause our population increase every year and some day on the king Fahad Road we will use Motorcycles or Bicycles like China to reach to our works
