b) Section 4.3 in Part 2 of the block describes a range of vehicle detection technologies. The DARPA Challenge takes place in dry, sunny conditions where the contestants do not need to deal with poor visibility or rain. In your own words explain which of these technologies in addition to GPS, Radar and Lidar an autonomous car would need to use if it had to drive itself in all weather and lighting conditions? Explain your choices, making clear why the three techniques used in the DARPA Challenge would not be adequate on their own. ( use a list to show your points not paragraphs)
