شكر اخوي على هذا الموضوع ومهما كتبنا لن نوفي الدكتور قرامي حقه ونبقى مقصرين ولا نملك له سوى الدعاء الله يوفقه ويسعده

الدكتور قرامي ماعنده اي مانع لقد كلمته بخصوص انه يمسك المادة وابدى موافقته وهذا رده لي جزاه الله خيرا

First of all I would like to appreciate your attempt to contact me in English. Your language sounds fine to me and I am surprised you have to struggle with 216.

In principle I have no objection to teaching 216 or any other course. However, in reality I am already entrusted with four courses which as you know is a lot especially in the summer when classes are twice as long.

If the chairman is willing to open a new section then I may require assistance from other teachers in the department. Otherwise, students may register in the existing section should someone secured the course. I am aware all places are currently taken.
