zzzzzz The floods are a persistent problem in Jeddah. The reason of this problem is the negligence of the contractors. However, we still have several solutions to solve problem.

zzzzzz First of all, the government should not give the contractors
the full authority to manage the projects. And this is because there
are many tunnels created by them are not compatible with
international standers. And the evidence is what we are seeing every day in our streets.

zzzzzzz The second solution is allowing the foreign companies to do the local projects. For example the government and the company can make (or contract) an agreement between them in which there is a limited time for ending the projects.

zzzzzzzz Third , we should reconsider the level of the contractors who will manage the project in our country. Furthermore, our government should create an auditors to reduce froud.

zzzzzzz As a result of these solutions , all citizens will enjoy happy life with best services in all cities in our country. Also they will not be scared of flooding that we don't know when it will be end.
