Is Saher System created to take your money? Most pepole in Saudia Arabia are confused about it. They think that it's a way to steal their mony but I think that it is a good system . Most researchers look at the chart about rate of death in Saudia is going to less rather the period before Saher. I saw an interview in Saudi tv with the Emam of the Masjid in Riyadh and he said that " they used to pray for 12 dead bodies but now they pray only to 4 of them". The system main function is to control the overspeed in the roads and to prevent any overrun cars in red traffic light. As a result, I think Saher system is a good system to protect our life well
