the order: Subject + verb(have or has +been+verb-ing) followed
by the rest of sentence

according to the previous grammar,the right order for the
second statement is : "The family members have LONG debating the best Universities in S. Arabia"
I cancelled been to get clear & obvious statement

If I am not mistaken, this kind of structure is an advanced one & it is difficult to be recognized from the first time since the meaning is the call
