One day I came back from college I was very stressful and tiring, addressed my lunch and went to my room so I study biology, At the beginning of studying I remembered that the test was hard the first time so I thought that the next test will be tough like it ,so i talked with the doctor of biology and I told him our problem he said to me : you'll get full marks in the article .. Believe me. I felt great optimism and his words had a big role in my encouragement and my love of the material and I got a lot of energy and love of learning that I knew of the psychological role in our lives
