what the authorities must do is to keep muslims a way of evil. Shortening and negligence of some authorities in this matter when it's begin till the evil increases and grows results a disability to repels and execute it later. It is an obligatory to face the evil in the very beginning to eliminate it for good, so not to spread and mislead the people. The concern is to keep muslims away of evil and harm, whether the sensory way which is the foot's roads or the moral and spiritual way which of the hearts. however, paying more concern on both morality and sensory ways is a good deed which brings one closer to god, while the execution of the evil, defense the morality and the good deeds is more pressing and greater in reward than the removal of sensory foot's harms.
