Help Desk Support (need 5 men)
Full-time
As one of SIMA Help Desk Support Staff, your duties may include:
• Troubleshoots and resolves hardware and software problems for all components of the SIGMA network.
• Provides ongoing support across the agency ensuring timely, accurate, and responsive solutions to customer issues.
• Supports all SIGMA, Inc. employees who login to the network, including LAN, WAN and VPN connections.
Position Specific Competencies:
• Excellent communication skills; specifically the ability to relate technology to non-technology personnel.
• A track record of problem solving technical issues and developing a database of solutions to support resolution of similar issues in the future.
• Good in managing, maintaining, and updating hardware and software in a networke environment.
• Proven coursework in Microsoft Networking certification curriculum and a desire to continually update technical skills.
• An ability to recognize and resolve technical issues.
• Effective collaboration with all co-workers in the achievement of the department’s outcomes, the outcomes of other departments, the outcomes of individuals in service, and the agency’s outcomes.
Requirements include:
• Degree in Information Technology preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently as well as be an effective team member
• One year PC/ LAN experience preferred
• Prefer Saudi Nation
• Job location in Riyadh or Dammam
