Human being is naturaly emotional. Dealing with it needs cordiality,kindness,and flexbility. Kindness is the embellishment of human nature and the strongest weapon in the same time. It is the way of break into hearts and makes contracts with its spiritual humanity.
therefore, kind person askes for his right, explain his own opinion and says 'No' in its appropriate time. He strongly stands againest foolish and stuped attacks but in a very polite and stric way without being very loud in his voice or even utter bad words that might hurt the others emotions.
