Write a driver or a test program for the class that your design in assignment 4 . copy all the wind speed data into a file named windspeed.data. Use the scanner class to read in the wind speed data into your program. Declare and initialized an appropriate wind speed array to store all data.
After reading in the data, the driver program should offer the user a choice to print :
1- All wind speeds in knots
2- All wind speeds in beauford scale
3- All wind speeds that are considered as calm wind
4- All wind speeds that are considered as turbulent (wind storm)
5- The average wind speed in Km/h , knot and beauford
6- Quit the program
For console input , please include the necessary user prompts include deive headings or labels to identify output data.
