Regarding the best dictionaries that can be used during the exam, in my view point, it seems that Al- Mawrid dictionary with its two versions, English - Arabic and Arabic - English ones, is the best that can be used where ever. If you ask about the best English - English dicitonary, i won't hesitate to add that Long Man Contemporary Dicitonary is the best one. Best of regards for all
